We will ship your item as soon as we finish creating it! This usually takes about 3-5 weeks due to the fact that each item is handmade by our small team of employees, but in some cases, the wait will be shorter. Your product will ship to the address you have listed at checkout, so make sure this is your current address.

We accept cancellations only within 24 hours of your purchase date. We hand craft each order specifically for the customer purchasing, so if you need to cancel please let us know before we start building. We will not be able to offer cancellations or refunds after 24 hours of the purchase date.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with the item we have made for you. If for any reason, the item you receive is not as described, simply contact us and we will fix it or ship a replacement for you!
If you prefer a refund for any reason, please contact us within 3 days and we can arrange for the order to be shipped back for a refund. The order will need to be shipped back in the original packaging, undamaged.
Refunds will not the include the cost of shipping (both ways) and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If for any reason we are unable to send you the item as it was described, you will be refunded once your order has been shipped back to the return address on the shipping label. In this unlikely situation, all shipping costs will be refunded.
Refunds will NOT be given on:
- Custom orders that arrive as described
- Orders over $500 that arrive as described
- Shipping delays
