Shipping

We will ship your item as soon as we finish creating it! This takes about 1-3 weeks due to the fact that each item is handmade by our small team of employees, but in some cases, the wait will be shorter. Your product will ship to the address you have listed at checkout, so make sure this is your current address.
*Customers outside of the Contiguous USA MUST pay for the shipping label required for their order*
We will send you a message once your order is ready to ship, with the cost of your label/s. This cost must be paid before your shelves ship out of our shop.

*We DO NOT ship to PO boxes*

Cancellations

We accept cancellations only within 24 hours of your purchase date. We hand craft each order specifically for the customer purchasing, so if you need to cancel please let us know before we start building. We will not be able to offer cancellations or refunds after 24 hours of the purchase date.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Because every Lyons Crafted shelf is handmade to order, we encourage all customers to carefully review their selected dimensions, finish, and options before placing an order to ensure everything is exactly as desired.

Since each piece is custom built and we do not resell returned shelves, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders where the incorrect size, finish, or configuration was selected during checkout.

If you need to request a return for any other reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may be able to arrange a return provided that:

• The item is unused and undamaged

• The item is returned in its original packaging

• The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery

Approved returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and cost of return shipping

After 7 days from delivery, all sales are considered final.

In the unlikely scenario where the item you receive does not match the product description or specifications, we will absolutely make it right by sending a replacement shelf/shelves OR issue a full refund.

Refunds are not available for:

• Custom orders that arrive as described

• Orders over $500 that arrive as described

• Shipping carrier delays
